How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Indiansattending Pest Control wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Indiansattending Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Indiansattending Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also reach the agency that oversees pest control in Florida.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@indiansattending.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We aim to confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
